VOC Program Training is provided for all ages in sprints, middle distance, distance, hurdles, long jump, triple jump, high jump, and shot put. We encourage athletes to participate in club track meets in the lower mainland and other locations in BC. January to March the team works indoors to build strength by a variety of exercises and games. March to July the training is outside at Swangard Stadium and UBC Track. Cross Country training runs September to December. Training Times 2012
